Very good efficient and hassle free. Polite lady helpful (spoke English which helps me)at the desk. Enjoyed car and ready; some scratches on body work but we were made aware of this prior to our journey, would use this company again. Car was ready but parked in a different bay to the one given to us. Had hoped for a Mondeo Estate and got a Laguna Estate (same group) which is not as big for 5 people and ski luggage. Did not seem to have been washed and had 3 scratches that we reported by phone. No problems with car otherwise.

Good service from the hire company Luckily had no problems Car was ready for us and in good condition Europcar at Geneva airport french side were very helpful Just normal 'jibber' getting back to the airport without going on Swiss motorways which would involve buying a vignette!

The 0 deductible insurance was purchased w the initially reservation, then for some reason, cancelled, therefore we had to call the help desk, who provided the 0 deductible insurance at a higher price, which we still purchased. we were a little disappointed, however pleased by the service of the lady who rented the car to us. Despite the approx 45 mins wait for the car, the car was brand new, so we were happy. Thanks

Very good experience in general. Great service and value. No hard sell at pick up point and got free upgrade. Only difficulty was negotiating return of vehicle to French Sector of Geneva Airport due to confusing roadway in the area. Will bring a Sat Nav next time!

But finding the way through Geneva Airport from French section to departures is difficult - just a few more signs provided by the airport authorities would make all the difference.

I was going to a ski resort and pleased when I was offered free snow chains because of the delay in delivering the car and I did not think there would be an issue when I was given a diesel car. However, on the last rental day the diesel froze in temperatures of -15C and I realized I should have asked for petrol. The breakdown service arrived after an hour and had the car running again about 45 minutes later. The company did not charge when I returned the car about 2 hours later than planned (because of the breakdown). Luckily, I did not have to catch a flight at the airport.

It would have been worth letting me know the car would be obtained from Europcar. On arrival at Geneva Airport I soon found the French side, but was looking for an "Auto Europe" desk as that is what was stated on my booking. Luckily the Europcar desk soon confirmed the booking was, in fact, with them.

Took about 40 minutes to be served getting the car. Then 10 more minutes to get the right size of snow chains. There was no sign of the ski rack requested, so space in the car was tight. Knew we were getting a car with normal tires not snow tires as provided from Swiss operations. The chains were needed, wished we had snow tires! The car was great, a Hyundai i40 estate with loads of toys such as reversing camera. Handing the car back all went well and the expected invoice arrived in England a few days later

Overall, a good experience. Finding the French side of geneva airport was a nightmare! We ended up at the Swiss side. The car company(national) had better instructions on how to get to the french side than the French car company provided me with on departure!

Generally a very good service - the car was clean and as requested. The only problem was negotiating (on foot) the route inside Geneva airport terminal building from the French side (drop off for the rented car) to the Swiss departures area.
